Effective January 2024 Lively will be our new Flexible Spending Account and Dependent Care Reimbursement vendor.

To activate your FSA Debit Card, you must complete your enrollment first. You will/should have received and email from notifications@livelyme.com, within this email there will be a link to COMPLETE ENROLLMENT, you must follow the prompts.

Once enrolled, you can activate your FSA card by clicking Activate Card, you must enter the last 4 digits of the debit card received. If you are needed an additional FSA card for your dependent, you must order one within your profile, there is a $5 cost to each card ordered.

FSA What's Eligible Tool list of qualified expenses directly through Lively's What's Eligible tool. Comprehensive lists are always up-to-date with information from IRS.

02/15/2024: Lively Card Holders - Important notice if you are utilizing Riteaid and CVS pharmacy services, please note the following. Lively FSA Debit Cards are successfully processing at Rite Aid and CVS by tapping the FSA Debit Card at checkout! No PIN needed. Lively recommends if any employees are ever prompted for a PIN at either of these locations, they should bypass the PIN at all times.
