Aetna Core Advantage EPO
The EPO plan is a narrow custom network.
- Tier 1- Upland & Rancho Cucamonga
- Tier 2 - High Desert, Loma Linda & Riverside
- Tier 3 - All of Aetna Network
Aetna POS (PPO)
Utilize Aetna’s Open Access Network providers or out-of-network care. However, you pay less for covered services when you access care at San Antonio Regional Hospital.
Aetna HMO
Primary Care Physician (PCP) directs your care within the Aetna HMO network, as well as coordinating pre-certification/pre-authorizations for certain services. There are no out-of-network benefits.
